I’d give zero stars if I could. I downloaded the Breeze app to try it. Turns out it’s 17.95$ to get actually into the app. That’s a lot misleading. It does give the option to select a smaller denomination. Decided 2$ USD (I’m Canadian) isn’t to bad to try an app. I get into the app do a few silly personality tests and it talks about guides for the results. Thought I’d check out the guides since the results I got were far different than what I usually get. There is limited answers to questions such as the love language quiz. It only gives you 2 options and the one of the responses seemed to be quit repetitive just worded differently. It gears it towards a particular answer instead of giving additional options and getting a more accuarare response. So I figured I’d check out these guides. When the pop up for guides comes up it doesn’t show a decline associated and it is not at all clear that if you click the continue button as there is no back button or decline button your car will be charged. With iPhone apple pay you have to double click the side button twice to make a purchase. That never happened. I was then charged 21.07$ with my knowledge. I checked a thing or 2 out. I was thinking to myself as I looked around at how inaccurate the quizzes were, what a stupid silly girlie teen mag kind of app. I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. That’s when I got the notification from my banking that I had been charged. Keep in mind there was no clarity u was making a purchase. I emailed support right away. They told me I had to know I purchased and they wouldn’t refund me. I expressed u cancelled the subscription, I didn’t agree to make that payment and I never had to confirm or take any action for them to take that payment. I only had the app for a max of 30 mins. You can’t call the company, only email. I keep emailing them back to explain the facts. They sent me screenshot saying it shows I confirmed the payment. It’s not a screenshot showing I personally confirmed the payment it’s showing me the guides popup page, but not even the guide pop up page I got. They sent me a screenshot of what looks to be an overview of the apps pages. The tabs at the top are different and of course it shows all the things that weren’t on the pop up I got. How do I know that? The screenshot they sent me had those tabs I mentioned at the top of the page. Buy Plan, Add Offer, Create Account, and Download App. I had already paid 2$ for the plan to try it out and waste some time, that was AFTER I downloaded the app. I had already created the account on FB where I saw thing that caught my curiosity. I had already paid for the app. Anyways I was in fb and created the account and downloaded the app It had given me the 4 choices of price I wanted to pay OR NOTHING at all. Figured why not and selected 2$ from 17.99$, 14.95, 2$, and 1$. There was also like I said the option to pay nothing. It gave a write up saying it cost us this much to create this which was the 17.95$ fee, and I had to click that and confirm and double click my iPhone side button. I knew I was paying the 2$. It made it very clear. The guides pop up shows
